Our Post-Ticketing Fees are applied to any customer service or administrative request that occurs after your original ticket has been issued. These fees help us cover the costs of airline interactions, reissuance processes, system maintenance, and dedicated agent support.
Once your ticket is confirmed and issued, any modifications such as date changes, name corrections, cancellations, or refunds will require a manual review and reprocessing by our travel specialists. These services incur an additional Post-Ticketing Fee apart from any charges imposed directly by the airline, hotel, or car rental supplier. All fees are non-refundable once the request has been initiated and processed.

The Post-Ticketing Fees mentioned above are charged in addition to any airline, cruise, or car rental penalties. Each carrier has its own fare rules, restrictions, and reissue conditions, which our team will clearly explain prior to processing your request. In most cases, airline penalties and fare differences must be paid together with our service fees for the change to be completed.
Refund and change requests typically take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the supplier’s policy. Once a refund is approved by the airline or cruise line, the refunded amount (minus applicable service fees) will be credited to the original payment method. In certain cases, processing may take longer due to third-party verification or bank clearance delays.
- Voluntary changes are initiated by the traveler (for example, a date change or cancellation). These
incur both supplier and agency fees.
- Involuntary changes occur when the airline cancels or reschedules a flight. In such cases,
